MIDSUMMER ROMAN FEAST

As part of their current season on Shakespeare's Roman plays, the RSC have invited us to come and cook a Roman feast in the theatre grounds. Inspired by Trimalchio's dinner in The Satyricon and with guidance from Apicius, one of the oldest collections of recipes known, we will be serving three courses for lunch, with theatrical elements provided by the RSC. There will be games and activities in the Avonbank Gardens

Dressing up is encouraged, but not obligatory !
Tickets are £15 for adults and £7.50 for children over 5, and are available via the RSC
